Shipping & Returns
We ship via UPS and USPS from our store in Seattle, Washington. Orders are usually sent out by the next business day. All shipments are insured and provided a tracking number through email upon shipment. If there is another shipping method you prefer it is possible to make arrangements. At this time we do not ship internationally.
Our return and exchange policy
We accept online purchase returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of purchase, in the original packaging, accompanied by the original receipt. If shipping charges have accrued, they will not be refunded. Sales are final on sale items.
Please be sure the item is in pristine, brand-new, sellable condition (shoes have not been worn outside, handbag has not been used-- you know what we mean). Shoes must be returned in their original box. The original box must also be in sellable condition so please ship inside of a larger box or cover the box in shipping paper. (Think of it like this: Someone else will want to buy those shoes and they want to have the full shoebox experience. Wouldn't you?) We cannot grant exchanges on items that arrive damaged, used, or not in original packaging.
Please email or call us to request return authorization BEFORE you return an item. You may return items via ground UPS, insured US Mail, or in person to the store.
